Hello SLC EarthSavers & Friends!

Join EarthSave on Wednesday, October 8th for this month's demo, Vegan Mediterranean. Featured on the menu will be Greek Salad, Dolmas, and Baklava (yum!). We will be meeting at Sunflower Farmer's Market, located at 6284 South State Street, right across the street from Fashion Place Mall (where Ultimate Electronics used to be), from 7-9 PM. The class will be upstairs (just follow the signs in the store).

In addition to the cooking demo, we will also have a potluck. You are invited to bring your favorite plant-based dish (please, no dairy, eggs, meat or other animal-derived ingredients) its recipe or ingredient list, and as many friends as you can gather! As a result, the cooking class portion of the event will be shortened, but there will be no shortage of food-there will always be plenty for everyone to enjoy. No worries if you are unable to bring a potluck dish to share for whatever reason-we still want you to come & participate! The more the merrier :)
