Hello SLC EarthSavers & Friends!

Join EarthSave on Wednesday, September 10th for this month's demo, Vegan Substitutions for Non-Vegan Ingredients
at Sunflower Farmer's Market, located at 6284 South State Street, right across the street from Fashion Place Mall (where Ultimate Electronics used to be), from 7-9 PM. The class will be upstairs (just follow the signs in the store).

In addition to the cooking demo, we will also have a potluck. You are invited to bring your favorite plant-based dish (please, no dairy, eggs, meat or other animal-derived ingredients) its recipe or ingredient list, and as many friends as you can gather! As a result, the cooking class portion of the event will be shortened, but there will be no shortage of food-there will always be plenty for everyone to enjoy. No worries if you are unable to bring a potluck dish to share for whatever reason-we still want you to come & participate! The more the merrier :)

EarthSave is an international grassroots organization that educates, inspires and empowers people to shift toward a plant based diet centered on fruits, vegetables, grains and legumes - foods that are healthy for people and the planet.

As always, the class is FREE and EVERYONE is welcome (vegans, vegetarians, and meat-eaters alike)!
