Hello SLC EarthSavers!

Join EarthSave on Wednesday, May 14th for this month's demo, Vegan Desserts!

On the menu will be Homemade Vegan Ice Cream (without the use of an ice cream freezer), Fruit Salad, and a couple of decadent chocolate desserts, including Peanut Butter Cups and Aloha Chocolate Pie.

EarthSave is an international grassroots organization that educates, inspires and empowers people to shift toward a plant based diet centered on fruits, vegetables, grains and legumes - foods that are healthy for people and the planet.

As always, the class is FREE and EVERYONE is welcome (vegans, vegetarians, and meat-eaters alike)!
